A new form has been added to the Township website to allow residents to confidentially report any public health concerns located within the Township to Colleen Britton, who is the Director of the Belleville Health Department. Such public health concerns and complaints may include, but are not limited to, categories such as:
Problems at a restaurant, food market or deli Lack of heat for tenants Rodent problems at a property Accumulated trash or debris at a property Tall grass, weeds, overgrowth at a property General tenant complaints Mosquito breeding or swimming pools that are not maintained Mold in rental housing units Illegal Food Vendors Problems at body art facilities Problems at tanning salons Unlicensed dogs/cats Unsafe/inhumane living conditions for pets
The public health complaint form can be found under the “How do I…” menu item or via the Health Department’s webpage.
This latest form now joins several other online forms which have been recently redesigned to improve their usage and delivery to the responsible members of the Municipality. In addition to receiving a delivery confirmation, residents also receive a copy of their correspondence via e-mail for their personal records.
Residents are encouraged to use these online contact forms to help the Municipal Government better serve the needs of the Township.
